To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Bralettes that have been worn or washed
- Underwire bras that have been tried on without the protective liner
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
